Gives meaning to the saying:

It is a choice to be engulfed in darkness

instead of facing the sun 

that gives warmth to all our faces.


Daily decisions made

with the same seconds, minutes and hours

that is afforded to those with the capacity to breathe

breath into their lives and surroundings. 

Such simplicity 

complicated by aspects of one's inner mechanisms

with practice - can be received. 

Achieved through effort 

not doubt, or second guessing

what isn't for everyone else to comprehend.
