If you find out the truth about someone AFTER they've given you happiness, why does it bother you?
As you mull over it in your mind, looking for a clue pointing towards what you couldn't see, or did you refuse to?.....
Why is it upsetting that they put forth effort to lie?
Or is it the smile they gave you through their deceit?
Thinking, how can this person, this liar, once upon a time fill me with joy?
Many of your thoughts were filled with them.
Often believing it's best not to remember what another individual put you through.
When past occurrences are repeated it can be hard to move forward.
Similar lies, different name. Vaguely familiar, yet not the same.
People always ask themselves, who's to blame?....
