A Year AFTER An Order Or Protection Was Vacated To Protect A Mother/Daughter
Yet According To The Courts Paperwork I Am The Danger
& One They Need Protection From.
In April of 2018, I submitted a family offense petition to Brooklyn Family Court. In less then 3 months, an order of protection put in place to protect my daughter was vacated.
To add insult to injury within 6 months of the aforementioned, they gave my daughter to a man with a documented history of abuse & a woman who recently pulled a gun out on her and threatened my life to a 5 year old child that isn't hers.
Countless individuals were put in a position to help and turned a blind eye, continuing to endanger the life an an innocent child approaching 23 months.

All my parental rights were unlawfully taken away on October 2, 2018. During my first supervised visit with my daughter on
December 3, 2018 - I informed Kevin Gorrasi & my previous attorneys my daughter's voice changed to a younger version of herself.

December 4, 2018 after witnessing a drastic change in my daughter after being separated from her, I reached out to the 3 previous attorneys assigned to my case and my then domestic violence counselor on how I could be of assistance to my daughter despite her living with her father.

A magistrate solely responsible for not only tearing a child from her mother and home she lived in from birth to age 6.
Jamilia Cha-Chu Lee ignored all mention of physical violence, and failed to approve an order of protection in March of 2018 - to protect a woman from a man displaying erratic behavior, that continued to escalate during the duration of this case on her calendar approaching year 3, with no resolution.

and state she was the danger to the child all along, it was never the father or significant other and made my daughter go live with them.
All agencies within a few blocks radius of one another, feel the need to corroborate fictitious sentiments by NOT reporting what is occurring to a child while she resides with the father
Jamilia Cha-Jua-Lee felt it was best for a child 2 days after a 6th birthday to go and live with, who is now approaching age 8.
A few months after Jamila Cha-Jua-Lee made the executive decision it was in the best interest of my daughter to be removed from my household & place a full stay away order of protection in place to protect a child from her own mother.
I reported to ACS my daughter's hair was being ripped out of her scalp by the roots - and that too was ignored - when I had over 50+ photo's as proof.
Which PROVES WHY an order of protection was put into place against the father's significant other to

Yet courts made sure the father received $894 Biweekly and made a $36,000 error on my child support case in an attempt to force me into poverty & lose the apartment I live in for 11 years.
